Brace yourself for an audio and visual experience like no other as the music of the iconic Led Zeppelin comes to life in the Planetarium! Plus, get set for an exclusive screening of Pink Floyd’s Wish You Were Here audio-visual experience.

Are you ready to Rock n' Roll? Sit back and hold on tight as 12 of Led Zeppelin's legendary tunes play out against a backdrop of dynamic 360-degree Planetarium visuals. Experience surrealistic environments and mood-provoking abstract art that will propel fans on a trip down memory lane. Head off on a musical journey as iconic tracks like Stairway to Heaven, Kashmir and Black Dog play out in the totally unique Planetarium auditorium. We've got a Whole Lotta Love for this show!

But that’s not all! To get you in the musical mood, we’ll be showing an exclusive screening of Pink Floyd’s Wish You Were Here ahead of the Led Zeppelin show. Inspired by the critically-acclaimed 1975 album, the experience brings to life the mesmerising sounds of the band through waves of colour, images and animations.

*Please note this event is not advised for children under 12 years old. All under 18s need to be accompanied by an adult. The Science Centre doors open at 6:30pm with the screenings kicking off at 7:15pm*

Accessibility information for Led Zeppelin: The Planetarium Experience

The Planetarium is fully accessible. If you have a wheelchair, we have spaces for you to sit with seats for your family and friends. The stairs have lights to make them easy to see. They are wide and broad. Seating is raked - seats at the back sit almost upright, seats at the front lean back. Whichever seat you choose, you’ll always get a padded flip-up seat with head-rest.

We have blue badge parking available and level access throughout the venue.

 

This event is a fundraising event for Wonderseekers, the charity that runs Winchester Science Centre.
